Step 3: Launch the Firestick on your TV and go to the home screen.
Step 4: Select the settings menu option on top of the home screen using the Firestick remote.
Step 5: Select the Network option under the settings menu. It will start scanning for the available WiFi networks.
Step 6: Select your WiFi network from the search result.
Note: If your WiFi network is not shown, select Rescan to get your network name. In case your WiFi network is hidden you have to select Join Other Network at the bottom of the list and type the name of your network manually and connect to it.
Step 7: Enter your WiFi password and click connect.

Steps to Connect Firestick to WiFi without using Remote
It is an alternative method to connect your Firestick to WiFi when your remote control is not working. In this method, you have to use the Fire TV app instead of Firestick Remote.
Step 2: Turn on hotspot on your secondary mobile. Set your SSID and network password which you have set on your Fire TV.
Step 3: Connect the phone with the Fire TV app to the same WiFi to which your Fire TV is connected.
Step 4: Now open the Fire TV app and sign in with the same Amazon account on which your Firestick is linked.
Step 5: The Fire TV app will act as a Firestick remote. By using this app you can reset the Firestick network connection.
Step 6: Turn off the hotspot on your secondary mobile.
Step 7: Now use your Fire TV app as a Firestick remote and change your Firestick WiFi network. You can also use the voice control feature to navigate between options.
